Mesón Panza Verde
Mesón Panza Verde (5ª Avenida 19, Antigua) – this is one of Antigua’s more upscale
restaurants. Its menu of classic dishes from around the world are carefully chosen and
supervised by its cooking team, led by Head Chef Noé Sicán and Sous-Chefs Allan
Ruiz and Jorge Tacs.
Diners can choose to be served on the corridor surrounding the main garden, on the
terrace in romantic candle filled setting for two in the Cupula or in La Cueva, where live
music is performed on certain nights of the week. Mesón Panza Verde is considered to
be one of the top restaurants in Guatemala, having received the “Tenedor de Oro”
award as best in the country.
